We offer a 100% guarantee: either you are entirely satisfied, or you get your money back. We aim to please.

At TSAN, we pride ourselves on offering the best possible customer experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your SWaP Art, we will refund your order, or offer you a reprint at no extra charge.

If, despite our attention, you wish to return or exchange your artwork, please note the following requirements:

1- You must return or exchange your SWaP Art no later than five days as of its date of receipt.

2- You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to TSAN and for the associated carriage costs. Carriage and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you decide to exchange your SWaP Art, you will receive your new artwork within 30 days of the date on which we receive the returned art piece.
